How long does a house wash take?
Most single-family homes in Loudoun County take 2 to 4 hours. Townhomes are usually faster. You don’t need to be home as long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot.
Will soft washing hurt my plants?
No. We pre-wet landscaping so it doesn’t absorb solution, then rinse it again when we’re done. Nothing is left sitting on your plants.
Do I need to close my windows?
Yes. Close all windows and doors before we arrive. We keep spray off window seals, but closed windows prevent any overspray from getting inside.
What is the 6-month house wash warranty?
If organic growth returns on the washed areas within six months, we come back and treat it at no charge.
Does a house wash remove rust or oxidation?
No. A house wash removes organic growth and dirt. Rust stains and chalky oxidation on gutters or siding need separate restoration treatment, and we’ll point them out before we start.
